Variety may be the spice of life, but it also can be the downfall of a good diet. When doing your daily or weekly grocery shopping, refrain from buying junk food or foods that are bad for you. Remember to remove unnecessary temptations. If you only have healthy foods in the house and low calorie foods, then it would be that much harder to break your diet.
